He arrived at the expected time (Friday afternoon Oct 3, 2008) and immediately noted that the problem was NOT loose shingles as I had reported, but instead was a loose section of the metal ridge vent. He drove to the parts center and brought back the needed new parts, and singlehandedly put up the ladder (3 story high Town house), climbed up, removed safely the damaged part, and installed all new sections, sealed the nails and also sealed the other existing roof plumbing system vent pipes on the roof. Very well done job. He also had all the proper paperwork, and so I was very pleased and satisfied. Thank you.”

The workers on site were very professional and meticulous in performing their work.

We were a little concerned about the possible damage to our landscaping and patio but you showed us we had no reason to worry. The men protected everything by either covering it with a tarp or moving items from harms way including all of the patio furniture and the plants in planters.

In addition, they put everything back in its original place and cleaned up all debris to the point that you would have never known anyone had come in and removed and replaced an entire roof.

And the best part of this entire process was that you showed up when you said you would, finished the job when you said you would and the end product looked better than we ever imagined.
